Speedy Production

Our process completes each batch in just 20 minutes, delivering a swift and energy-efficient production cycle. Traditional methods require at least 2 hours for heating and mixing, making our approach significantly faster.

Quality Certification

Our system meets the highest standards, boasting certifications like VDA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001, ensuring the utmost quality and compliance in our production process.

Cost-Efficient Production

Mixing urea with water triggers an endothermic reaction, reducing the temperature. Our system requires just 15 kW of energy to dissolve urea, compared to 75 kW in traditional systems, leading to lower production costs.

Tax-Free Transactions

We provide the A.TR document, ensuring that you won’t pay taxes at the border. This document simplifies the process and helps you save money on cross-border transactions.

Innovative Automation

Our automated system dynamically adjusts the urea-water mix in real-time, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This innovation ensures consistent quality and reduces energy waste.

Minimal Workforce Required

Only one person is needed to manage the production process. They simply load the urea into the hopper and monitor the system for three hours, after which a quality check is performed.

NPK fertilizers are nutrient-rich fertilizers that contain a combination of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). They are essential for providing the necessary nutrients to plants and promoting healthy growth and development. NPK varieties vary in their nutrient ratios, and their specific usage depends on the nutritional needs of different crops and soil conditions.

The choice of NPK variety depends on factors such as the type of crop, its growth stage, soil nutrient levels, and specific crop requirements. Farmers and gardeners must conduct soil tests and consult with agricultural experts to determine the appropriate NPK formulation to meet the nutritional needs of their crops and ensure optimal growth and productivity..

NPK 10-20-10: This variety contains 10% nitrogen, 20% phosphorus, and 10% potassium. It is commonly used as a starter fertilizer for young plants and during flowering and fruiting stages of various crops like vegetables, fruits, and flowers.

NPK 20-20-20: This balanced NPK fertilizer has equal parts of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, each at 20%. It is a versatile fertilizer suitable for a wide range of crops, including vegetables, grains, fruits, and ornamental plants.

NPK 15-15-15: With an equal balance of 15% nitrogen, 15% phosphorus, and 15% potassium, this fertilizer is used for general-purpose applications and as a maintenance fertilizer for established plants.

NPK 12-24-12: This variety has 12% nitrogen, 24% phosphorus, and 12% potassium. It is often used for promoting root development and flowering in various plants, including vegetables and flowering ornamentals.

NPK 10-30-10: With 10% nitrogen, 30% phosphorus, and 10% potassium, this fertilizer is favored for promoting strong root systems and enhancing flowering and fruiting stages in plants.

NPK 5-10-10: This formulation contains 5% nitrogen, 10% phosphorus, and 10% potassium. It is commonly used for enhancing fruiting and root development in orchard crops and woody plants.

NPK 6-12-12: With 6% nitrogen, 12% phosphorus, and 12% potassium, this fertilizer is suitable for promoting root growth and early stages of plant development.

NPK 20-10-10: This variety has 20% nitrogen, 10% phosphorus, and 10% potassium. It is often used for promoting vegetative growth in turfgrass, lawns, and leafy vegetables.

The choice of NPK variety depends on factors such as the type of crop, its growth stage, soil nutrient levels, and specific crop requirements. Farmers and gardeners must conduct soil tests and consult with agricultural experts to determine the appropriate NPK formulation to meet the nutritional needs of their crops and ensure optimal growth and productivity.

Equipped with accurate sensors

- Counting or weighing the Urea sacks in our Production Systems is unnecessary.

- The sensors automatically transfer Urea to the Mixer as needed.
