PROFITABLE - FAST - SMART
Our process completes each batch in just 20 minutes, delivering a swift and energy-efficient production cycle. Traditional methods require at least 2 hours for heating and mixing, making our approach significantly faster.
Our system meets the highest standards, boasting certifications like VDA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001, ensuring the utmost quality and compliance in our production process.
Mixing urea with water triggers an endothermic reaction, reducing the temperature. Our system requires just 15 kW of energy to dissolve urea, compared to 75 kW in traditional systems, leading to lower production costs.
We provide the A.TR document, ensuring that you won’t pay taxes at the border. This document simplifies the process and helps you save money on cross-border transactions.
Our automated system dynamically adjusts the urea-water mix in real-time, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This innovation ensures consistent quality and reduces energy waste.
Only one person is needed to manage the production process. They simply load the urea into the hopper and monitor the system for three hours, after which a quality check is performed.

The SCR system injects AdBlue® directly into the exhaust stream. When it enters the catalytic converter, it reacts with nitrous oxides from the combusted diesel – producing non-hazardous, naturally occurring nitrogen and water
Due to its outstanding purity, AdBlue® by Our System neither damages the SCR system nor reduces3 its lifespan.
